The energy economics group of TU Wien has managed and carried out many national and international research projects in the field of renewable and new energy systems. This research group at TUW has a scientific staff of 25-30 people whose expertise ranges across the disciplines to cover the core research areas regarding transitions to sustainable energy supply from an energy system perspective.
